GovSat-1 (officially LuxGovSat-1) is a joint venture between SES and the government of Luxembourg.

Core: 1032.2 Flight Proven (NROL-76)
Landing: ASDS (?)

Satellite bus: Orbital-ATK GEOStar 
Mass: 4200kg
Status: at launch site, being fuelled

Launch Date: January 30, 2018
Launch Window: 1623-1837 EST (2123-2337 GMT)

This the expendable one since they OCISLY is to be used for heavy and it’s a reused block 3 anyway?

Expendable.  Though I wonder if they'll "soft land" it into the pond (like Iridium 4)

Not much left to learn cc from it since Block 4 is flying and Block 5 #1 will be heading to McGregor very soon.

Yup. Block 5 gets redesigned legs so it's time to empty the warehouse, and it's a chance to test a few other upgrades.
