Does it work in ADB Secure mode to keep such a device away?

In my country, your cell phone will be checked by police, in train station, airport, etc. 

So, I want a phone to avoid being checking, such as cannot be recognized by their device.

I heard of the ADB secure mode, but not sure if it is working.

 

For windows phone, I heard of a similar mod.

For iOS, it's all depend on ONE password, and you'll be forced to give it to the police.

 

I wonder which way is safer? And how does these checking devices work?
