Cloud storage site like Flickr

So I currently have my pics stored on Flickr, but all signs are pointing towards Flickr ending. I would like a free alternative to store my pictures on and easily share. I also have my pics backed up on Dropbox and Onedrive, but I like the way Flickr handles the uploading and sharing.

Flickr ending?  SmugMug (their owners) seem to not think so!?

 

What's giving you that idea?

 

They are losing money hand over fist, but I think they will just become subscription only.

I would also say that there is Google Photo or, as much as I dislike it, Instagram.

The email that they sent out 'begging' for me to become a premium member, and I have read a few more articles that seem to think that SmugMug is looking to pull the plug

I have Google photo, just have to import all of my pictures to it, and Instagram, no, I am not going to use it, I don't have any social media accounts, and don't need any either.

Ah as a premium member I didn’t get that. Will be a shame if they balls up what should be such an easy offering
