This is one of the more laughable conspiracy theories.  There are millions of people that understand electrical schematics, and even a monkey would realize that the footprint of that PCB, even surface mount components, would be huge.  You'd have a bump the size of a baseball if this was implanted in a person.

Plus is amount of power a human body can generate is very well known, and this circuit requires considerably more than that to be functional.

 

I suppose this sort of thing is designed to prey on idiots though... sadly.

To get a guitar pedal circuit into nanotech would require a significant reduction in die size. Maybe Intel should contact these 5G chip guys since they are still barely able to manufacture 10nm.
