JBoz's actions wrt the lawsuit have forced NASA to put a halt on the HLS programme. Guy's a jerk, and it's going to cost NASA and Space X money just to defend their positions.

NASA entered into a voluntary stop work which will 1) expedite the court proceedings, 2) end the stop work on November 1, and 3) give the Justice Department an early opportunity to ask for a summary judgement - an  immediate ruling by the Federal Court of Claims judge.

This does not stop SpaceX's development of Starship, just NASA's participation.  Also, before this lawsuit was filed NASA paid SpaceX a $300m milestone payment for the HLS work SpaceX had completed.

Personally I think the world would be a better place with Bezos on the moon

Personally I have a bad feeling about this. Bezos is not a stupid to jeopardize its creature in this way. Something is going to happen and I feel I will not like it

Granted, but it's still a jerk move from JBoz.

If he loses does not he pay for both sides lawyers?

Blue Origin defections continue, with at least 17 now public. Mostly these are Human Lander System lead engineers, Propulsion, and New Glenn orbital  launcher related. One is a former astronaut.

Major articles from CNBC and The Atlantic magazine...

Jupiter's Moon Io would be nice, the closest thing to Hell in this solar system. Plenty of volcanoes, fire & brimstone.

Way too close to us... I was thinking maybe Pluto's smallest moon, Styx.  It's little more than a 15 mile lump of ice and seems appropriately named for Bezos... :p

How about HD 189733b? Looks pretty, right? Lovely blue planet, with an atmosphere made of Silicate, essentially, glass! It'd cut Bezos like he does his staff when they can't hit rate! I know it isn't a moon but I couldn't resist the cutting joke!
