Subscriptions were not expiring, this is being looked into

For some reason subscriptions stopped expiring in October last year. In early October I could see that a subscription was being expired and then later in October they weren't. This was brought to my attention by someone who was unable to see when it was ending (which should always be here https://www.neowin.net/subscribe/)

 

Anyway, the developers have manually expired the subscriptions that have run over for almost 4 months or less, so that is why some of you may suddenly see that you no longer have a subscription.

 

You'll be able to confirm your subscription period from the PayPal payment to subscribe -at- neowin -dot- net if you want proof from me you can PM and I'll send you a screenshot of the overrun subscription.

Huh.  I did remember activating mine in October but I didn't think it was 2020.
