Windows 22621.160 Photos app crashing

I'm on Windows 11 Build 22621.160 and the photos app keeps crashing when I open it from the start menu or when I tried to go to the settings section inside the app. I can view photos normally by clicking on the image in files explorer. I've tried Get-AppxPackage commands like Reset, Remove and reinstall another appxbundle from rg store, tried reinstalling the NET.Native.Framework.2.2 too.unknown.thumb.png.7fc1ca74731a8fc2eadd2de04ae02add.png
