I'll start: TRON The Matrix Independence Day Predator Robocop Bonus title: Highlander Because there can be only one! Of all of those above, I think the one that pi**ed me off the most, was Tron Legacy... I had to wait for 6 months to see that bugger as local theatres were only showing the 3D version, and when I FINALLY got to see it, it was utter trash... The first movie was very funny, the second was trying too hard to mimic the first. Anchor Man. I didn't get past the first 20mins of the 2nd movie. The Never Ending Story. I love the original. The Lost World was unnecessary, or maybe it was just poorly done. Other than that, I agree that Independence Day didn't need the sequel, nor did Jaws or Men in Black - although I will concede that MiB3 was good fun. Part of me wants to say that Blade Runner didn't need a sequel, but I think that what they did ended up being pretty decent.
