How to copy an NFC tag and write this same tag to another NFC device?

Hi as the title says I want to copy an NFC tag from a card and then write this same NFC data to another device. (In this case a ring.) I've tried NFC tools, but all that does is read the data. Once read, as far as I can work out, it cannot then write this information to another NFC device, which makes it pretty useless. It can write other data, like a URL, your web site address, your email, geolocation data and so on. But it doesn't seem able to copy data and then write this data to a new card or device.

Does anyone know of an app that can do this?
