Windows NT4 and Windows 2000 beta (up until beta 3, I believe) both had PPC versions, although it wouldn't specifically run on Macs at the time, so it's not that much of a stretch to believe that it very well COULD exist. However it is possible to run it on an x86 platform as demonstrated by Mr. Jobs himself at some demonstration/show (can't remember where or when but there are videos of this demonstration out there).
