Intel reverse Engineer AMD

Recommended Posts

Am i the only one who is confused ?

Wheres the fun in taking other peoples wor:s:s ?

amd uses intel's ideas, intel uses amd's for once and it's a crime? grow up people...this is good for us, screw other people's work. It's technology and it gets old the next day and something else is made. When we get to the end of technology (2030?) then we won't need "new and improved" because we won't be able to improve it anymore, only personalize it. That'll be the day. When there's one graphics card that does everything and there's nothing better or worse, and the same for sound and of course the CPU. Come to think of it...there won't be any need for all 3 components, maybe there'll be one thing that does it all. Maybe it'll just be called the PU (processing unit).

It's not the fact that it's 64 bit technology dude, it's the fact that Intel pulled apart and used the exact same architecture as ATI.

This is comparable to, say Ford putting GMH motors in their cars without asking GMH first, and passing the motors off as been of Ford design.

Also, if hardware was standardised and no longer developed over time, then the whole computer market would go stagnant and eventually people would stop using computers. Change is the variety of life, take away change and you have......well, something pretty boring.
