Here's mine after the install, and like him, It seems that it's the same version.

PS: and the file size of LClock I extract was 144219.

That is 1.22a.

I am sorry, I knew it might cause some confusion to some users. But the change in 1.22a is very minimal.

- When in 24hour mode, AM/PM changes to Day of the Week: SU/MO/TU/WE/TH/FR/SA

I got lazy here and is just using "12 Hour time" to toggle between AM/PM and Day of the week.

So when you check 12 hour time, you get AM/PM. If you uncheck 12 hour time, you get Day of the week.

And "Show AM/PM" is changed to "Show AM/PM or Day of the Week".

I should have changed the interface to make it clear. I'll do that in the next version.

- Horizontal offset for AM/PM.

Check position tab in LClock control panel tool.

1. Setting the time in LClock control panel tool.

- Thats what "Date and Time Properties" is for. Double click will give you that.

2. Using rainlendar's events.

- Rainlender already notify the user. Whats the point having two popups at the sametime?

3. Having alarm function in LClock.

- I have thought about this. And my orginal plan was to have a popup mini calender when you move the mouse over the clock. And from the popup you can set events. Some people liked the idea, others thought LClock should be kept as is.

hi RCube,

maybe I did not make my point clear :(

in my concept:

1. setting the date/time in the LClock/Reminders panel:

of course, this is date and time set for the reminder (when the reminder shall be activated)

(and not for setting the system date/time - I am not _so_ dumb :) )

2. Rainlender is good for its users. I agree that 2 popups are unnecessary.

My idea is that LClock should offer this reminder feature because several users (including myself) do not use Rainlender or other cal apps. Rainlender users shall simply ignore this feature in LClock :)

3. Good to know that you think about including notification feature in LClock. I think either way (your original or simpler suggestions like mine) it could be very useful and warmly welcome :)

Here is an updated shot of the reminder panel.

I modified the text... I hope it is now clear that the settings are for the reminders, and not for the system:

It would be excellent if this had popup reminders, it would be even better if they could be read from rainlendar. It would mean that there would be one less application running on my machine.

So anyone know how to fix Error #3 ? :(

Checking ? How ? Uninstalling ?

- Check for ObjectBar before starting LClock.

LClock checks for ObjectBar before starting. And will not run if ObjectBar is found.

LClock will not work if you are not using the standard WinXP taskbar.

Error 3 means LClock cannot find the default windows tray clock. So most likely your taskbar has been modified or replaced by some other program.

I believe that's what you needed to know. So if you have something that's modified your system tray -like OB- then you might want to check on that. ;)

Thanks for the heads up, Would just applying a visual style cause this?

Never mind

    • Brave Browser 1.91.168 by Razvan Serea Brave Browser is a lightning-fast, secure web browser that stands out from the competition with its focus on privacy, security, and speed. With features like HTTPS Everywhere and built-in tracker blocking, Brave keeps your online activities safe from prying eyes. Brave is one of the safest browsers on the market today. It blocks third-party data storage. It protects from browser fingerprinting. And it does all this by default. SlimBrave Neo takes all the good things about Brave and makes them even better by keeping everything clean, light, and privacy-focused. It removes the extra clutter, turns off features you might not need, and cuts down on anything that could slow you down or collect unnecessary data. Because it relies on simple settings and policies instead of modifying the browser itself, you still get full Brave compatibility—just in a smoother, lighter, and more privacy-friendly package. • Thanks Microsoft but no, I find both iterations of Outlook terrible nowadays and switched back to Thunderbird at home.
    • Happens to the best of us, bro. 😛
    • Thanks to some of the other recent Windows improvements, I'm optimistic about this one. My quick wishlist would be: perf like the older menu, merge both menus or at the very least, the older menu should be a flyout, not a simulated click to the old menu, and lastly, a customization window to let users move items from one menu to another, so I could bring Send To back to the main menu, and the OneDrive settings to the older.
