MP3's through the headphone actually sounds really good, it's a shame it's mono, that's why I've already decided to get the 6260 the day it's available in Hong Kong :D

Camera isn't as good but it's got a Radio and Stereo and that's more valuable to me.

I'm actually thinking of modding the handsfree headset. Reckon it'd work if I cut off the singls earbud and spliced a pair of Sony headphones onto the single cord? Mono through both headsets? If so that's a far better solution then just a single earbud.

Should be able to do that Daz, yeah. Although the volume would be shared I should think.

Well when you get that new phone you can ship the 7610 my way!

Nice phone man! A friend has the same one :D

I got the a600, a pretty nice set, but no sync/movies/mp3's, which I really hate :(

Amazin camera quality too, from the pic in page 3 I believe. Enjoy that set while it lasts, cus I bet you'll go and buy the next one u posted if you haven't already :p

EDIT: I didn't look thru the whole thread, but is there any codecs I need to watch those 2 videos? Please don't say realplayer aaahh!!!!

AWESOME.

You said it came unlocked, and that it worked just by sticking your SIM card into it. Do you know if the same would work in America? I've fallen in love with this phone, but I don't know if there's a way to use it here in the States. I mean, we have SIM cards and GSM networks here too, so it seems like it'd work, but I don't know.

Dapper, that'd be Warez. I hardly think Daz, a mod, is going to pass information or files onto you.

I've already got an emulator just wanted to compare.

Meh. Oh well, stick to what I have as it works.

The 6260 looks like a good fone. Will be better than the 7200.

Hopefully by the time the 9510 comes out, I would of got bored of my 7610.

    • I use it by choice but only for specific tasks that I have forgotten and it's quicker to ask then spend time wasted finding a decent answer on Google or coding a certain language. I prefer to use it. I do think that as it gets integrated into everything, when we eventually fully rely on it, I'm talking new gens not older gens like me, that we won't think for ourselves, I mean we will become lazy thinkers, lazy logical answer to problem which will go badly. But if we don't become fully dependant, we might be OK but I don't think personally we are going to be OK, not for the newer generations. Unless they advance in that space to the next level of intelligence where it can work out its own problems and create ideas for itself.
    • Pity the article on MS website gives no indication when said "20%" performance gains will actually be rolled out to users.
    • I just looked on my computer and there are settings and log files for utilities I have never even turned on!
    • O&O ShutUp10 3.1.1104 by Razvan Serea O&O ShutUp10 offers a simple yet effective way to take control of your Windows privacy. It provides access to almost 50 privacy-related tweaks, most of them hidden or not easily accessible to the average computer users. Using a very simple interface, you decide how Windows 10/11 should respect your privacy by deciding which unwanted functions should be deactivated. Using ShutUp10 you can easily disable Windows Defender, turn off telemetry, disable peer-to-peer updates, turn off Wi-Fi Sense, disable automatic Windows updates, turn off and reset Cortana and more. ShutUp10 allows you to create a System Restore point before you apply any changes, so that you can revert your system at any time if you run into problems. O&O ShutUp10 is entirely free and does not have to be installed – it can be simply run directly and immediately on your PC. And it will not install or download retrospectively unwanted or unnecessary software, like so many other programs do these days! O&O ShutUp10 Free and Premium The latest version brings O&O ShutUp10 Premium, expanding the app’s long-standing privacy controls with automatic enforcement of user-defined settings. Instead of manually rechecking options after every Windows update, users can set their preferred privacy configuration once—or apply recommended settings in a single click—and the tool continuously monitors them in the background. If Windows 10 or 11 re-enables disabled features or introduces new data collection paths, Premium restores the chosen settings automatically without user intervention. The free version remains available and fully functional for manual adjustments, offering the same core privacy controls for Windows. However, the Premium tier is aimed at users who want long-term, hands-off protection, adding automatic reapplication after updates, ongoing monitoring, and optional notifications to ensure privacy settings remain consistent over time.
