oh well I ordered XP Pro, which will be sent to my brother's in the US, as Canadian residents arent signifigant enough too qualify, and MS wonders why Canada has a high software piracy rate.

No, its not because they think Canadians aren't significant, its because shipping materials outside the country costs more, therefore the participants must live in the US.
