i dont know if you guys ever thought of this, but couldnt that girl's dad be ackerson?

Or Chief

Sometimes he seems like a Spartan. A mysterious past, saying he worked with "the best of the best". But in the end, we don't really know the whole story.

the chief dont got a daughter.

How do you know? He may very well have kids later on in the timeline.

Anyway, I'm pretty sure I heard the year "--41" mentioned. Since Halo's current timeline is the year 2552 (if I'm remembering correctly), the ilovebees story is a different part of it. Buuuut, there is some kind of super soldier program going on in it. So it might have been after the Covenant's initial proposal to destroy humanity. Which was in the year 2531 or something.

Plus the bees are being involved more now. At least Durga is mentioning them pretty often.

According to the book "the fall of reach" sitting on the desk by my right, he has no kids, of course he may right of refusal on the manuscript... :)

He doesn't have any kids at that current point in time. That's while the war is at its most heated point.

Windows 95 (code-named Chicago during its development) is a hybrid 16-bit/32-bit graphical operating system released on August 24, 1995 by the Microsoft Corporation.

i do not know if this is posted before

I think Kamal's sister was one of the kids who was abducted for the Spartan project. He says she was the "fastest, strongest, smartest" and then one day had an accident and died. The night before she died she had "convinced herself" there were "bad guys" outside their house. She died from genetic problems, which is what happened to the kids' flash clones. Also! she was six, the age the kids were abducted.

I don't think it's Jan, but it might be. Sophia also had a little brother who seemed to be pretty similar to Kamal's sister. I don't know what happened to him.

The story really does seem to be coming together now.

Okay here is something I never saw anyone post, hidden in the killer.jpg image:

Also, this payphone thing. What is/was said on the payphones? Could you ask anybody questions? I mean putting together an odd website is one thing, but finding the numbers to payphones throughout the US, finding their coordinates, and then actually calling them waiting for people to answer is quite amazing.

EDIT: Also, why does the ilovebees.com domain expire on June 14th, 2009? Why in the world would they need to register the name for FIVE years? And I hate bees was created on Feb 28, 2003? Someone must have been planning this for quite awhile.

Your friend's friend's brother is a blatant liar :p

No Microsoft employees are testing the beta. It's Bungie only.

Plus there's already too much evidence to prove it's a part of Halo's story. Sure, it might not have anything to do with Halo 2's story, but it's an extension of that world, kind of like the books. It's already mentioned Reach, the Covenant, etc.

Oops

I was reading some Halo 2 hands-on stuff today and realized I was wrong when I said Microsoft didn't help beta test. I thought they only helped with the alpha, but apparently I was wrong.

Sorry, ice ^_^;

right... bungie made about 8000 Halo2 beta DVDs and give them to a select group of employees.

    • I cannot believe this is a news post from Neowin. This should be embarassing, coming from a "senior editor". Is it your first day using Windows?! Maybe it's time to find a new Windows news site.
    • It's from having Core Isolation enabled in Windows security settings, which is a good thing!  It's letting you know it's not loading the Bonjour module as it's not signed in a way it would prefer. Bonjour was most likely installed along with iTunes. Feel free to disable that message using the checkbox.
    • I'm looking forward to starting over online. I have no reason to keep all the money, cars, rank after 13 years. Now if I can just move my character itself and nothing else. I would be fine with that. But I doubt they would do a setup that way.
