noobie question: What's 3dcc and how do I use it?

3DCC or 3d Color Changer is a really simple free app that changes the colors for the windows classic theme

more or less its a better version of Display Properties > Appearance > Advanced (in windows xp)

and you can export color shemes which is mainly the best feature

They're like a lite or more minimal version of msstyles. Better for aging computers or people that just like the look of classic, like I do.
