I was talking to [sanctified] a moment ago, and I dont really think Bant is going to give me or anyone else permission to release any mod of his themes. BUT I guess I'll just have to wait for an answer...

If Bant no longer cares about Windows theming, why would he continue to care about his legacy? Or be so strict about it, rather. This mod is deserving of release, anyone can see that.
