OKAY, sorry I am rambling on, but this website keeps getting more and more interesting the more you dig?

There is a list of scheduled flights from ?Oceanic Air? including 815, which is the flight that goes down on the island?

http://www.oceanic-air.com/trackresults.htm

Here?s the weird thing, according to the website, that flight ARRIVED at LAX?.

Departure Arrival

Flight # Status Airport Scheduled Actual Gate Airport Scheduled Actual Gate

815 Alert SYD 14:04 14:08 15 LAX 03:16 03:23 42

Okay, what the heck???

J.J. has said they aren?t dead or in purgatory or anything? So??

I think he told Walt when the two were trying to bond. I'm not 100% sure of that.

585976055

Nope, he asked Walt if he wanted to know a secret, and that secret was that a miracle happened. He never specifically mentioned his leg paralysis.

Anybody notice what song Sawyer was singing on the raft?

Look at the lyrics closely...

Redemption Song by Bob Marley gives some nice foreshadowing...

Old pirates, yes, they rob i;

Sold I to the merchant ships,

Minutes after they took i

From the bottomless pit.

But my hand was made strong

By the ?and of the almighty.

We forward in this generation

Triumphantly.

Won?t you help to sing

These songs of freedom? -

?cause all I ever have:

Redemption songs;

Redemption songs.

Emancipate yourselves from mental slavery;

None but ourselves can free our minds.

Have no fear for atomic energy,

?cause none of them can stop thHow long shall they kill our prophets,

While we stand aside and look? ooh!#33;

Some say it?s just a part of it:

We?ve got to fulfil de book.

Won?t you help to sing

These songs of freedom? -

?cause all I ever have:

Redemption songs;

Redemption songs;

Redemption songs.

Emancipate yourselves from mental slavery;

None but ourselves can free our mind.

Wo! have no fear for atomic energy,

?cause none of them-a can-a stop-a the time.

How long shall they kill our prophets,

While we stand aside and look?

Yes, some say it?s just a part of it:

We?ve got to fulfil de book.

Won?t you help to sing

Dese songs of freedom? -

You mean Season 2... and in a several months.

btw, does that flight really exist?

585977795

Yes, Lost is based on the mysterious crash of Oceanic Flight 815. In real life, the plane had a systems malfunction and crashed on an island 600 miles south of their original course. Unfortunalty no one really survived.

Oceanic Airlines is(was) a small Australian startup that didn't survive after this crash. Most people weren't surprised as there was much critizim of Oceanic purchasing refurbished aircrafts.

yeah, season 2, that was what i meant... sorry hahaha

how many months? any clue?

really interesting thing... all about oceanic flight 815....

didn't know that :D

I found something at the homepage :

Robert D. West, of Santa Barbara, California, USA survived a horrific plane crash and is stranded on an island somewhere Northeast of Australia and Southwest of Hawaii. In the event that I am never found, please forward word of my fate to parents, Mr. and Mrs. John West, of Tucson Arizona. Thank you.

on the page with the seating chart, near the lower left corner, it says Oceanic 815. i'm not sure what triggered it, either me clicking on it like a maniac or clicking on the seats, but the number changed to 777. It also quickly flashed an email address but like I said, it was quick. I'd try it again, but the site is slow.

the show is frustrating to say the least, its like the producers don't even know themselves where its going.

585978233

Yes they do. They have said in many interviews that know exactly where they are going and have complete backstories and scientific explanations for everything.

how many months? any clue?

Guess you're not from the US.... the new season will likely debut in mid/late September. That is when most TV shows resume new episodes here... spending the majority of the summer filming. There are also breaks around Januarary for more filming and to spread the new episodes around a bit. 52 weeks in a year.. only 20-26 episodes per TV season.

They seem to have the seating arrangement accurate. I tried clickng at locke's seat, where i thought it would be from the last episode where they show Jack smiling at Locke on the plane, and it revealed a clip about Locke.

I notieced the email addy also, its somethign like [email protected]

not sure what it is, trying to see it again...

Also, am I the only one that found the frnch womans map? Is there a way I can save it? Its in the flash window and I can pan and scan it, but I can't save or view it full screen...

EDIT

You know, I checked it out again, after clicking Jacks seat. Its not an email addy, I think its the new website...

    • Yeah... The root of my comment, ostensibly, is how to spin the story via the actual technical merits of the solution! * Decentralized (aka federated) solution with built-in encrypted ephemeral message transport, * Transport via Relays (intermediary servers) with no message archival, * Second configurable pathway are actual email servers (if DNS records are programmed accordingly) via IMAP protocols carriage, * "Chat-over-Email" is the design pattern adopted; it can either leverage full-blown Email Server (must use the INBOX folder) to exchange all received messages/edits/reactions (so be weary of notifications overloads) [best practice is creating a separate email acct used explicitly for federated chat purposes!] or leverage its built-in Relay Server mechanism which actually resides on-device (by default but can be configured otherwise), * By virtue of be a decentralized/federated model, all other intermediary servers who may pass-along messages (while the recipient's final relay/device is inaccessible) cannot snoop on the messages due to the encrypted nature of contents. The intermediaries may, however, analyze the metadata due to the simple fact that routing mechanisms require hints for relay destinations. Unfortunately, whomever is posting about DeltaChat across socials are misleading with "zero metadata" claims -- especially when the Relays (according to their own technical documents) mandate the addition of chat-version metadata and other decorations in order to actually transport any message. -- Based on this summary, I'd prefer if they'd better dual-path message transport (email server add-in, federated relay engine) rather than patch-on email protocols to existing federated social media frameworks. They're frankensteining something rather than extending widely-deployed technology stacks.
    • Decentralized search result anonymization...
    • Russia invaded Crimea, so not sure what you are getting at. Are you saying that the E.U is like what the USSR was? What is wrong with wanting control over your own country? i bet Trump would not stand by and allow Canada to control the U.S.
