Yes and no, which was why I said I'd let someone else do it :p I thought the IP thing worked, but then it wasn't working and then it did.. :\

yeh the ip thing worked at first then it didnt like you said by my mate got in first time so maybe its choosy...lol...yeh the second i think is a fansite but I have tried names involved with dharma for the member id and no luck I think I better throw my towel in for that because I could be here all night :whistle:

EDIT: just listened to the podcast over at ABC and they said the special airs after the episode...so I think there is an episode.

For those of you wondering about 'The 23rd Psalm', it's probably the most famous one:

Psalm 23

The LORD is my shepherd; I shall not want.

He maketh me to lie down in green pastures: he leadeth me beside the still waters. // sound like anywhere you know?

He restoreth my soul: he leadeth me in the paths of righteousness for his name's sake.

Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: for thou art with me; thy rod and thy staff they comfort me. // Rod/Staff = Mr. Echo's stick?

Thou preparest a table before me in the presence of mine enemies: thou anointest my head with oil; my cup runneth over. // there are traitors amongst the group?

Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life: and I will dwell in the house of the LORD for ever. // house of the lord = island? desmond seemed quite religious, always calling people 'brother'. For ever = sinister reference to them never getting off the island?

Italics are my notes obviously.

Having watched the trailer on tv.com, it's clear Echo knows

about the plane and the drugs!

You did not find the statue here, you are lying...

Take me to the plane.

BTW those of you saying tomorrow's ep is 'The 23rd Psalm', not according to wikipedia:

Lost: Revelation

* Original air date: January 11, 2006

* Recap Episode

This episode has yet to air. The official description for this episode, as found on ABC's website is: Discover the complete story of the grueling first 48 days on the island for the fuselage survivors and tailies after the crash of Oceanic flight 815.

they're showing 2 episodes tomorrow....an re-run...then the new one....

Well I just WhoIs'd Oceanic-air and the two Dharmas, Oceanic's results are kinda weird, DharmaIndustries has the name of someone who works at company that makes these kind of sites and Initiative is WhoIs Protected..

they are being really clever so noone can tell who owns this stuff and not to give clues away.... :shifty:

ok ive done some SWF hacking and found something interesting..

it seems when u enter a member id it runs this script:

http://kraftkost.se/check.php?code=

and if correct it seems it passes a URL, which is the next section.

nothing in the SWF to suggest the member id tho, there arent anymore slides of the system locked thingy..

How are you "SWF" hacking? Opening it up in Notepad?

Well the DharmaIndustries one gives away that its fake, so I would have thought they were all like that, since its illegal to have incorrect/incomplete WhoIs details.

yeh true it is illegal...hmmm....im sure theres nothing interesting beyond member id but its the just the case im wanting to see what is if anything...arrrrgggghhhh *hits head on desk*

Argh! Why did you guys have to tell me about that? :( Now it makes the wait even more horrible :( Stupid yanks and your diferent timezones.

When was the last time anyone was punished for that?

I can't remember ever hearing of anyone being punished for it.. but I know when you register the domain they can reject if it you don't supply enough information?

Yeah same here, but I think it's only fair. Not our fault that Channel4's budget is so stingy.

Side-note: How much of a scam are the DVD sets over here?! Releasing Season 1 as two sets so they could get more money out of us and more people would watch the 2nd half on Channel4 :(

Personally I only saw the last two or three episodes of Season 1 and then picked it up from Season 2. Seems to me like Season 2 has all the interesting bits?

    • Simple answer is yes, you will still get the Windows updates and as long as browser is up to date, you will be good. Only thing secure boot does is protect you against boot level threats and make it harder to install other OS's. I've been looking into this pretty thoroughly lately myself as wifes computer has secure boot disabled plus my other, older computers that run Linux, don't have secure boot enabled. Have seen all kinds of questions about this on the Linux Mint and MX Linux forums. Just don't suddenly enable secure boot now.
