I believe there is no "others" they're Dharma!!!!, that is why Zeke tells Jack, you live here on the island because whe let you live here. They were on the "Hospital Hatch" because they run it, Dharma runs the hatches. And most probably Desmond is with them, who knows if that sikckness is true (vaccine enough for the baby and not Claire).

any one else notice when clair was walking down the hall with ethan there was a small door label "Emergency Hatch (or Exit; don't remember)" to her left?

Seems like there is some sort of time continuity problems too. I mean Claire gave birht only a few weeks ago, right? They have only been stranded what, less than 2 months still correct? So how coudl the medical hatch look so old like ti was abandoned for months or years. At least that was how it looked to me, it would take a long time for the shapes on the nursery to leave marks on the wall like that.

I wonder how long they really have been there? I am still holding out for the whole "its nothing but a great big experiement" theory. No crash, no real flashbacks, all experiementally controlled.

It said Escape Hatch and the door was pretty small. Even Walt would have to duck going through it.

some rumours flying around are that comes from the underwater hatch...if theres problems there you come up through there to safety :shifty:

Question begs, where it escapes to :) being the hatch is below ground.

I'm starting to think the others are really dharma people.

Indeed they are. Otherwise what would they be doing in a Dharma hatch performing medical stuff on Claire?

Possibly a route to another hatch?

Well at least, those that the huntign party encountered in the jungle, led by Zeke, are Dharma folks as evidenced by the guy talking with Ethan and the discovery of the costumes.

But, that is all predicated on the notion that there aren't also another group of "others" - the ones who seem to have exceptional physical abilities.

So... Aaron magically gets sick? I don't think so...the island playing tricks again to try and get her to remember her past? I would definitely lump in Dharma and the others... but I'm still not entirely sure which side "the island" is on (if its an experiment, Dharma, its trying to protect the losties?)

Well, he was sick, just not what not with what Claire remembered. Whether Dharma/the island wanted her to remember is another thing.

I thought it was pretty out of character for locke to react the way he did. There pretty much no doubt now as to who Henry Gale is.

A few people have mentioned they think the others are Dharma people, I thought that had kind of been established a while ago, its pretty obvious is'nt it?

And they dressed up so they dont arouse suspicion among the survivors. Years of living in the island, fresh clothes? Pretty suspicious. The survivors are unshaven and wearing old, worn out clothes. The beard might be to make him look a bit rough or to conceal his identity as someone might notice he was the one that took Walt?

i remember a picture of all the dharma logos (~8 in total) where were these released or leaked, and anyone can pick up these logos again?

what a revealing episode, and the next one sounds even better. oceanic, dharma, others, are all connected. shocking

*that part has already aired...hence why its not spoiler tagged in my quote*

why would he wear the beard to hide his identity as the guy who took Walt when he had the beard on when he took Walt?

good episode. i do agree that locke should have been able to see through henry's mind games.

also i wonder who that person mr friendly was talking about is. he said something like "he's going to get mad". is the the hanso guy? kelvin? interesting...

Have none of them seen WIZARD OF OZ ???

Henry Gale said he was flying around the world in a balloon when he crashed...

In Wizard of Oz, Henry Gale is Dorothy's uncle, and the Wizard of Oz was flying around the world when he crashed in Oz ...

Locke knows useless trivia about Hemingway and Dostoevsky but doesn't remember one of the most famous movies of all time ?

    • SpaceX reportedly plans a Starlink mobile service for U.S. consumers by Karthik Mudaliar SpaceX reportedly wants to sell mobile phone plans directly to consumers in the United States as part of a wider expansion of Starlink. According to a report from the Financial Times, SpaceX president Gwynne Shotwell discussed the plan with investors during the company’s recent IPO roadshow. The company is also said to be considering building a terrestrial mobile network to complement Starlink’s satellite coverage. The plan is quite different from how Starlink currently operates in the U.S. mobile market. SpaceX already provides satellite connectivity for T-Mobile’s T-Satellite service, but T-Mobile remains responsible for the subscription, billing, and customer support. A Starlink-branded mobile service would give SpaceX control of the customer relationship instead. It could also turn the company from a partner of traditional mobile operators into a direct competitor. T-Mobile also began testing its Starlink-powered satellite service in early 2025. The beta was initially limited to text messaging and was also available to some AT&T and Verizon customers. The service has since expanded to support limited data access through selected apps, including WhatsApp, Google Maps, AccuWeather, and AllTrails. It is designed to provide a connection in areas where normal cell towers are unavailable, rather than replace a conventional mobile network. However, if SpaceX actually has a plan to serve nationwide, it needs to do more than just satellite networks and actually support on-ground operations. It can also partner up with existing carriers and become a mobile virtual network operator (MVNO). With that said, SpaceX has already spent heavily to support its mobile ambitions. Just last year, the company agreed to acquire wireless spectrum licences from EchoStar in deals worth a combined $19.6 billion. EchoStar's spectrum includes AWS-4, H-Block, and AWS-3 frequencies that could be used for both satellite and terrestrial communications. According to a SpaceX securities filing, the Federal Communications Commission approved the transaction in May 2026, although it is not expected to close until late 2027. There's no official statement by SpaceX for now. Pricing, availability, and other details remain unknown. Source: Financial Times
