good episode. i do agree that locke should have been able to see through henry's mind games.

also i wonder who that person mr friendly was talking about is. he said something like "he's going to get mad". is the the hanso guy? kelvin? interesting...

who the hell is Mr. Friendly?

its Zeke...the guy we've seen 3 times at this point (taking Walt, in the Jungle, and now in this hatch)

i guess maybe that's your nickname for him?

Alvar Hanso I think is who zeke (friendly seabilly) is talking to Ethan about because dont forget in Hunting Party he quoted him didnt he..."someone smarter then anyone here"...thats my 2 cents

To the person that said the hatch looks all worn out and such, remember that Claire was high on something that whole time there. However, I think I have to agree with you.

Good point

It was Claires memory + drugs to the max. So things could have been heavily distorted.

Just been checking out some captures from "maternity leave" and found this cool thing...on the walls of the nursery...theres a picture of a boat...looks a bit like seabillys boat the one they took walt in...cant remember that boat fully but maybe?...think it was red

Good episode, although Clair seems to be a pretty massive melodramatic crazy woman at times.

Very odd how the 'others' seem to be putting on a charade as to the clothing they are wearing as show with Zeke's fake facial hair.

Also with the preview, interesting to see how easily Locke was manipulated. I'm curious to find out what the 'map' is they were talking about.

its got to be to find the balloon...im guessing he speaks to ana-lucia (she must find out from eko) and they go hunting but as we all know if you saw the spoilers from earlier post I made with

picture that they will find a balloon if its his who knows

Found this embedded in the source of http://www.oceanic-air.com/

"If anyone should find this message, please get word I'm alive and stranded on an island somewhere in the South Pacific. Please send help soon. Things are bad. And they're getting worse..."

Cheers,

Jake-

could anyone verify my claim that john locke's dad is zeke? i'm not sure if i'm right or not.

I have also heard that theory bouncing around the lost boards....people think its a great likness and im with you there its alot like him but who knows at first I thought it was sawyers dad when he had the glue on beard :shifty:

it wouldn't just be "a likeness"

if it was him it would be the same guy not just some guy who almost kinda looks like the guy that was him....

so no....its not him....and don't you think he loos a little too young to be Locke's dad?

Eh, in real life Kevin Tighe is only 3 years older than M.C. Gainey. But they look nothing alike.

The baby's mobile was playing the song "Catch a Falling Star" by Perry Como (later re-released by 'Block' and used as the opening track to Drew Barrymore's 'Never Been Kissed').

First lines of lyrics go:

"Catch a falling star and put it in your pocket, never let it fade away. Catch a falling star and put it in your pocket, save it for a rainy day."

Just thought the song selection was curious.

Not sure if anyone discussed it here (I get confused as to what I read where), but did anyone notice the tilting airplane on the thing on the crib? Also, I believe the planes had Oceanic written on them.

    • Simple answer is yes, you will still get the Windows updates and as long as browser is up to date, you will be good. Only thing secure boot does is protect you against boot level threats and make it harder to install other OS's. I've been looking into this pretty thoroughly lately myself as wifes computer has secure boot disabled plus my other, older computers that run Linux, don't have secure boot enabled. Have seen all kinds of questions about this on the Linux Mint and MX Linux forums. Just don't suddenly enable secure boot now.
