"Lost" TV Show - Currently Season 2 (US aired)

Recommended Posts

I think this is what happened:

Walt is somehow, part of the others now. He lured Shannon to go after him, right into a trap. That's where one of the others killed Shannon (explains the strange wound) and Anna-Lucia saw it, and shot "the other", thus trying to save Shannon.

Don't know what happened to "the other" though, but I'm positive they'll show this in the next episode.

I'm not from the US, so I spoiler tagged it just in case. Although I believe it has aired everywhere already :)

edit:

Just thought of another thing to prove my theory:

The whispers... everyone heard them, so that means the others were around, so that means they could've attacked Shannon

Some crazy LOST fans are probably having it all analyzed by audio professionals by now.

I am sure they will be. I just found this site the other night http://www.lostcasts.com so if anything pops up, they will probably end up discussing it on their podcasts.

This episode is what LOST needed imo, the last few episodes have been 'ok'. I have started to lose interest, especially with these breaks, but maybe now things will not be so bad.

Come to think of it, it is weird that

Ana-Lucia shot Shannon

, especially since it's revealed later that

Ana-Lucia used to be a cop, so she might be used to handling these types of situations - although, she was directing traffic in one scene

Whose flashback was this in?

with each episode i'm thinking more and more that there's something with the water supply.

everyone's constantly getting water or holding a water bottle when they aren't essential to the scene.

maybe that's wha's going to be making people "sick"...

umm, IMO

i do think A-L did shoot shannon.  it just makes sense.. and ya it doesn't really look like a gun shot wound.. but it just fits...

i guess we find out next week.

good episode tho, glad to see the show is on a good rebound, and hope the entertainment and success of the show keeps up!

Most likely not, since next episode is all about the "tail survivors" story. I bet they tease us along till the episode after that... :pinch:

Yes, it might be a way later episode. She was downtown/Chinatown the other day filming the scene. Other people also saw Kate walking around and filming by Iolani Palace - forgot what the scene was about though.

I dont think its been in a flashback yet, more of a future episode.

Yes, next episode

So any updates on the spoiler rule? What's allowed, what's not allowed? How long you have to wait to discuss last Episode (OUT of Spoiler tag)?

What kind of stuff about future episode is spoiler? A guess/speculation considered?

A.L. had one bullet...there was one gunshot....so if she really didn't shoot Shannon all she has to do is show the one bullet...Sawyer and Mike both know she only has/had one...

but what if she did shoot but not at shannon but something else. that wound doesn't look right to me. also did everyone turn up after A-L was there or did they turn up together because they might have also seen what she was aiming at.

Finally, it's back on. I thought this was a great episode. Nice tie-ins with the flashbacks and what is currently happening on the island.

When I saw A-L with the gun pointed, I said to myself "Oh heck no". I don't know how I feel about the "killer" yet.

She DID fire the shot... look at the action of the gun as it is locked in the rear position meaning she fired the last round in the chamber.

Yes, next episode

I personally think that anything spoiler-wise should be tagged until 1AM EST (10PM PST). After that, I think it would be fair game to post about that episode. If you haven't seen the episode or live in a place where the show will not be shown for months, just don't read the thread. It would be just as fair if it was the other way around as well. Anybody agree?

Well guys, I've finished watchng the whole first season of LOST.I am in the uk and you might guess how I got to watch it all as Uk Tv is currently on episode 15 or something like that. The last episode was thrilling, when Walt was stolen by the Strange men and then when soyer dies! I'm trying to get my hands on season 2. So can anyone tell me what happens to walt, make it simple please don't overspoil it. Sorry if I'm way behind just don't flame me.

    • Looks like no official TBW rating, which should be a required listing in my opinion for sites like Amazon (hell, put it on the box too.)
    • I think I understood the article fine. Online password managers open users up to more possibilities of getting hacked, and due to KeePass being offline and local it reduces the idea of getting hacked. If someone chooses to put their database online they're kinda missing the point. With regards to the idea of the on-prem idea, I would have two issues. I'm not sure about the first issue, but I wouldn't be surprised about them offering a cloud storage for the passwords that most wouldn't bother to switch off, regardless of if they went for on-prem or not. The second issue is that the on-prem solution for Bitwarden costs money, whereas KeePass is free and open-source (as far as I am aware). The article points out how to sync the database between devices, and I recognise that deficiency in security. But it isn't a necessity. So both services can offer a same idea, but one is free and the other isn't...choices, choices.... But to each their own.

    • I am not surprised because life is the product of a lot of biochemical and physical processes that releases various energies as a by-product. The only thing new here is the detection of these photon emissions. The researches noted this "glow" is not a metaphysical one. They don't even immediately end when one is dead. Things like fires, light bulbs, and on a bigger scale stars release a lot more "light" and they are hardly alive.
