IPB2 upgrade today

Good day,

Most of us are aware of the fact Neowin will be upgraded to IPB2 somewhere in the near future. To our great pleasure we can announce the upgrade to take place in a few hours. To be exact, the upgrade process will be starting between 4 and 5 pm CET (10 / 11 pm GMT).

The process will take between 6 and 12 hours in time, during this time you will not be able to visit the forums, we will try to keep the front-page online for viewing.

We hope to have provided sufficient information for the time being.

Also for you guys I am working on a chat solution for Neowin, probably in the form of a Java iRC client, as the Neowin chat will be offline in this time.
