How does one do the effect shown in the picture on the first post?

Its just basically taking a snap of ur desktop (with a cam of course) then set it as ur wallpaper, then take another pic of ur desktop with the wallpaper you taken earlier and do this step repeatedly until you get that effect of a picture within a picture :D
