They were busy with XP SP2 but I think they would've resumed development by now. It was not 'paused' for SP2.. those are two separate development teams. Microsoft hasn't released a build recently to MSDN nor has one leaked. WindowsXP.nu was at the time the first to post the wallpaper of LH M3 build.
