quick Posted November 14, 2004 Share Posted November 14, 2004 (edited) Didn't believe it really.. thought it was along the lines of those optimized builds of Firefox.. which didn't do much for me.. but this really made a HUGE difference... To see the effect go to a website which has alot of small pics on it.. ads or thumbnails/previews etc... Neoufo51 of the Neowin, Laszlo and Cusser from the Mozillazine forums have put together 3 different user.js files that are optimized for Dial-up, DSL, and Cable. I'd recommend giving these a try. I tweaked all my computers at home :D My default settings are slightly different that some of your default settings, I dunno why.
