For the first 10 days all new accounts will be only 25MB and then after that they'll be upgrade to the normal 250MB, which explains why your accounts are only 10MB

Hotmail have changed the registration system since this method was first posted. On the registration page it automatically comes up at a "hotmail.com" address. You need to change your country to UK before you can register a "hotmail.co.uk" address. This wasn't the case a few hours ago. :)

for .co.jp domain

just change the country to Japan and the language to japanese

then you will see the hotmail.co.jp appear in the registration screen

same goes for other countries

ie for hotmail.it

change the language to italiano and country to italy.
