All the Admins and staff do an excellent job here at neowin, and the only pay they get are Adverts (thats i dont block cos i support neowin) and subscriptions which im guessing hardly pays for anything. Well Done Neowin!

GZIP may cut down on bandwidth usage but you take a huge performance hit when you enable it especialy with as many hits as Neowin gets.

Not sure if this is true, but I think I read somewhere the GZip is enabled under PHP.
