[MWSF 2005] What do you expect ?

Well if you have ever opened up a 17" powerbook, there is plenty of space on either side of the logic board for adequate cooling for a G5 processor. The same does not hold true for the 15" and 12" models. There may be a slight speedbump for the powerbooks but who knows. I would not expect a G5 in at least the 17" till the this summer.

An eMac update is almost for certain.... the iMac has a G5 with its very small design (granted the FSB is nowhere near the normal powermac) i'm sure they could shove a G5 there.

iPod micro is a possibility... as is the iMac micro. We'll just have to wait and see.

another... :) i like this one a lot better.

There is a major flaw with that half-clickwheel design. The flaw is that you have to pick up your thumb and move it when you reach one end or the other of the wheel. That was Apple's reasoning behind going with a round design in the first place. With most other players, you have the same problem, you have to take your thumb off of the control to start over again. With the iPod, you simply keep going around in a circle, and keep your thumb in contact with it at all times. Apple is not going to abandon the circular clickwheel anytime soon.

13.3" PowerBook  :woot:

That would be cool!

Why?

Anyway, expecting powerbook upgrade, eMac upgrade or discontinuation (unlikely I know), 'headless iMac' is getting more plausable by the second too.

iPod Mini upgrade would be most welcome too, the usual apple trend of anoying christmas buyers :pinch:

Guess you haven't seen Sony's 13.3" widescreen laptops!

They are very nice looking. Check it out!

And also if apple put out a 13.3" then all powerbooks are widescreens :)

And hopefully have good resolutions :)

According to the lastest TS article, the above pic might be close to what the iPod Flash may look like... 1GB for $149 sounds sweet to me.
