You don't need any app to hide the Dock icon of Namely or any app. NSUIElement=1 is all you need. But away goes the menubar too. a Google search about the topic resulted in this page: http://forums.macosxhints.com/archive/index.php/t-18403.html

Dated 2003 so who knows it any of the tricks work. The presentation mode looks like a winner.
