LOL you haven't seen my car yet, it's not ugly, it's fugly! hahaha

The guy who I bought the car off had taped black duct tape around the headlights and indicators and I have no idea why, I tried to rip them off but as you can see, after struggling with just the indicator, I left the rest LOL

This is the rear, sorry about the lighting. As I said in my previous post, the front lip and side skirts were removed except the rear lip and I'm not sure if you can see it properly in the photo. I also tried to rip off the petrol cap sticker, but it was stuck on so well that the pain started to come off with it so I just left it HAHA

2001 Volkswagen Golf GL 2.0L

Black exterior, factory tinted windows, black interior. Stock hub caps.

Everything is stock. I may eventually put in a nice CD Player, and now that I just figured out I have a blown speaker, I may put in new speakers. But other that, I don't feel the need to spend all my money on my car.

GM trucks look nice on the outside.. but the interior designer needs to be kicked in the balls, cuz its so damn ugly.

True. GM stuff tends to be very plain and utilitarian. Also almost any I've seen the interior has a very cheap feel to it. The pickups have a very cheap feeling assembly. I have seen the Impala which isn't too bad. The tahoes I've seen look a bit better than the regular silverado.

The dash panels and stuff on that tahoe look exactly like my grandfather's silverado and it's a 04 or 05.

I'm not much of a GM fan. Although they seem to have good engines.

Do you have pictures of the supercharger? Is it factory or installed yourself?

oh ya, i forgot to mention the cheap feel, thats cuz they use cheap material... i dont drive a GM car and never will becuase of that.. good cars or not.

i didn't know they had a supercharger.

I love GM trucks/SUVs, but I would never own a GM car. I dont think the interior has a cheap feel/look at all. I really like the interior design with the 2 tone color. I don't think their are any full size SUV's out there (besides Lexus or BMW) that have real elaborate interiors, and I cant see myself getting one of those anytime soon. Besides, it's an SUV, not a luxury sedan. ;) Same with trucks, its a damn $20,000 truck, not a $120,000 BMW 765i.

On a side note, even if I didn't like the interior, I would rather have a cheap feeling/looking interior than a car that doesn't last very long or has a lot of problems (like say a ford explorer) or a sh*t resale value. :D

I don't have any pics right now of the supercharger, but I can take some when i get off work tonight. It was not factory installed. It was installed by a local custom vehicle shop in California. It's got a damn lot of power and torque. Next steps are some wheels and an engine programmer.

Finally got photos done LOL

I hate the hood vents... I can see the point of it since I have a top mounted intercooler, but very ugly lol I took the lip and sideskirt off but left the rear lip on.

Lighting wasn't too good sorry about that.

if you didnt buy it supercharged than it isnt supercharged. if you think vortec means the supercharger, then you are sadly mistaken. the chevy vortec technology is a valve opening design that swirls the air coming in through the intake manifold and helps create a slightly denser and more balanced air/fuel mixture and helps with low end torque. we own both a 2000 impala 3.8L v6 vortec and an astro AWD 4.3L v6 vortec (Both are top of the line... all options) my family has only owned GMs since I was a little kid... me buying an import was like the first non GM to hit my driveway.

i mean, if you wanna know for sure, or you dont believe me or whatever, then go under the hood and start at the air box and trace the intake pipe all the way to the intake manifold. if the pipe goes into a longish looking box with a belt coming off of it then that would be your supercharger and you would be obligated to post pictures of it here.

    • 26H2 absolutely will support ARM Windows just not on devices that came with 26H1. This is evident by the fact I am running 26H2, which on my MacBook Neo and Surface Book, within a VM.

    • The FIFA World Cup is not US centric.
    • It’s amusing how Microsoft is pushing IT admins as if this was a major, game-changing update. In reality, it’s just an enablement package that bumps the build number, which is disappointing compared to the more substantial 22H2 and 24H2 releases. Technically, 25H2, 26H1, and the upcoming 26H2 are essentially the same, differing only in support schedules. They could have included the Windows K2 improvements here, but chose not to. The era of Windows being in the backburner continues, and this 26H2 release feels like an afterthought. Shame, Nadella, shame.
    • Microsoft, totally not confusing /s 25H2 - Current for non-Arm based Windows 26H1 - Current for Arm based Windows 26H2 - Only for non Arm Windows
