Neztea Posted May 17, 2002 Share Posted May 17, 2002 I was watching the Candian 20/20 version, like with peter mansbridge (CBC) and they actually did some research with mrs.Cleo, and she is a fake, but she's the logo kinda thingi, they have other people doing the taro card reading, ANyways...they were told to keep them on the phone as long as possible, and they had instructions on how to do so, like ask them dumb questions that they can figure out...(ie..ravagers example). They also tracked down the lady, who was a mom at a shopping center, they only wanted her becuase of the face and the accent...The canadian Government now restricts the calls to 100 dollars and anything over that is stopped...but **** so many people have gotten bought into that and spend like thousands of dollars, it a shame...The show also showed that you can have your cards read by a local person for only 15 dollars....Its a shame that they have to do this to innocent people..MRS.CLEO IS A FAKE!!!!
