He didn't exactly "sell out". He passed on the project to someone who was willing to work ono it. Not exactly "selling out".

Also, Colin-uk, we are working hard at fixing that error. I think I'm turning into an official beta tester for this project. I'm doing none of the coding but LeeC is doing an amazing job at getting this working. I can guarentee that this guy knows what he is doing and I'm sure he won't let us down.

Its took me all night, but i did it thanks to Cryptic_Night. He has been testing my builds continously.... and having the same ActiveX error. Though i started rewriting my own DLL's instead of using Microsoft provided ones. Then everything started working :) . Not perfectly yet though  .

Sorry guys, i fixed it though :) .

Nexus2 - Experimental Version *fixed again*

I appriciate all the feedback you can offer. Please let me know what you think ;) .

Didn't know this was still going, to be honest I am glad this failed, the lead coder was an arse, and his secondary artist (if he still had the same one from when i was there) was a suckup who defended his elitist ways.

He wanted the title of sole developer, with no other credits for anyone else, apparently an artist doesnt deserve to be called "co-creator" purely because the artist didnt code the source, that an artist can be replaced.

######.

If I get a few hours free over the next few week's, I might do some far-higher quality graphics than I originally did for dayle, and then give the source layers to whoever is doing a nice messenger project, that is if they want them.

I see the project are still using my layout with the tab's and top bar, though its sort of msn wave 11 insipred (think it was 11) but yeah, should i keep that element while designing the new image?

They will still be under GMessenger though, as that was the original project title before dayle even coded his source.

Thank you GHL :) . Thank you everyone for your feedback, if its negative or positive i want to hear it! and thanks Cryptic_Night for testing. . its all appreciated !

I thought when i had started coding a new Nexus, that people would flame me for it. I am glad this doesnt seem to be the case. :) .

"Looking good. It should default to the online tab when you log in.";

Good idea, :) .

At present there is no convo window, this is because I need a convo skin to be able to create the convo window. Though im not sure how to go about this. I haven?t had a response from GHL but I think he is busy at this time.

The original nexus convo window i could implement, though I am waiting to find a better improved looking convo window.

If anyone has any ideas or proposed convo skins, im open to suggestions.

Please post your proposal here. It should be based on the current Nexus visual concept.

    • Forza Horizon 6 gets big bug-fixing and balancing update by Taras Buria Today, Playground Games released a big Forza Horizon 6 update with a long list of fixes, patches, and balancing tweaks that the studio promised earlier. Version 375.327 is now available on Steam, Microsoft Store, and Xbox, offering users improvements for AI, audio, design, performance, road discovery, upgrades, visuals, online play, and more. Some of the most notable changes in the Series 2 update include rebalanced drivatars, particularly their difficulty and race start behavior. As such, the game should be more balanced on higher difficulty levels, and AI cars should not shoot out when the race starts as if they have rocket boosters. Speaking of difficulty, developers nerfed Drag Tires physics for a more expected and realistic behavior. They are no longer the go-to option for record-breaking times in road racing, and all leaderboard entries with drag tires will be removed. Completionists will also be glad to get a new feature that lets you see road discovery percentage in each region, which should make discovering all roads easier while keeping it quite challenging and interesting (I spent quite a long time finding the last road). Festival Playlist is also getting some much-needed fixes, including patches for bugs that allowed completing Seasonal Jobs ahead of time or where weekly challenges would not unlock for some players. Developers will retroactively give reward points to all who could not complete all challenges due to these bugs. Other changes include changes to Horizon Play progression so that it is easier to reach Level 100, audio improvements on lower-spec devices, fixes for visual glitches, including pixelated smoke, and more. Developers also addressed the currently non-working Eliminator, an online mode gamers used to farm credits with a Hummer EV exploit. Playground Games plans to re-enable it soon. As a gesture of goodwill, players will get a free McLaren Sabre. Those who used the exploit will not be banned, but developers plan to roll back credits to a maximum of 10M for all who farmed credits using the exploit. You can find the complete changelog for the latest Forza Horizon 6 update here.
