First off that is Winamp I have in winshade mode at the top then below that I have Statbar running which also has the winamp controls. Personally I would fail to see much point of running controls for winamp on the taskbar as it has a minimal footprint in winshade mode anyway. Sure it is Winamp! ;) Just a folderlink and some *.exe Files for "play","stop","fw" and "rew" plus shortcuts for Playlist and Volume! Found it somewhere on the Net!
