Its not about statistics on paper. Its about how much you contributed to made the match as it was.

Tendulkar's 100 didnt do India any good. Mailk's wickets were all in vain when a 315 score was mounted and his runs were not in the pressure period where Inzimam made it while wickets were falling around him.

Good match overall! Well done Pakistan. Let's see what India comes up with now in the next game.

Nooooooooooooooo! What a game, I was listening to the communtary and I thought we had a chance, great batting by Pakistan, really took the game from us, we really need to sort out our bowling, we need proper strike bowlers,

I'm disappointed, we should not have lost but we got beaten by a great team

And Inzaman should be man of the match. Did you see how calm he was at the end, very good

What is up with the extras, Still really high for both teams, that really let us down, unneccessary runs :(

India captain Sourav Ganguly has been banned for the next a six one-day internationals following his team's slow over-rate in the Pakistan series.

Match referee Chris Broad made the decision after Pakistan's final-ball win in Ahmedabad, which squared the limited overs series at 2-2.

India took 236 minutes to bowl 48 overs against Pakistan, exceeding the allocated time limit by 26 minutes.

Ganguly will now miss the remaining two matches later this week.

Is it Sachins fault if the bowlers couldn't restrict Pakistan to within 315 runs? When he was given the ball he took a wicket. He bowled a fabulous last over making even Inzi sweat. He took a great skier to dismiss Shahid Afridi. His fielding on the ropes was outstanding. How much more should he do in a match so that people appreciate his contribution?

Ganguly let the match drift in the middle overs by allowing Pakistan to take singles at will. Their run rate always kept them in contention.

When people criticise Sachin for not winning enough matches for India they should take into account these factors. Even the last test against Australia in Australia (2003-2004 series) which they drew by the skin of their teeth was due to the fact that Parthiv Patel missed quite a few chances behind the stumps. Sachin scored 301 runs in the match and was not out in both innings. Still India couldn't win because our bowlers couldnt take 10 Aus wickets in the 2nd innings. Is this too Sachin's fault? We should have come back from the tour winning 2-1. Instead we came home 1-1, series drawn. And people say Sachin doesn't win enough matches for India!!! Its highly unfair.

2. Ganguly is kicked out of the team :p
