There could well be a 'consumer issues' forum, which could prove useful, assuming there were no legal issues. Its dam nice to know your not the only person experiencing a problem with a service provider / manufacturer etc. Personally I would probably read it, and I imagine it'd be helpful to newbies (when your new to a scene, you've no idea which names are reputable, which are cr*p, and which are the best). Without moderation, any forum on neowin would turn to sh*t, given the number of bored school children who read it all day (and stuff like cultural differences, as much as that shouldnt be an issue), so I agree, moderation is essential.
