Well, who has proof that Apple made this happen? Apple and Google have respect for eachother. Besides, the two ideas were very different. The patent for the Dock is very specific in what it does, and Google X's Dock wasn't close to it.

For all we know, there was a flaw in the code that forced them to take it down temporarily. You guys need to chill out until Google confirms why it has been taken down.
