Since you answered those questions...

Could you please tell me if you are willing to share that IEView template you are using in your screenshot?

I really really like it!

I would like to know where to get the ieview template in this screenshot, it looks very slick and neat :)

it's here

hey guys ...i was wondering how to make the group open, and group close icons go away...i cant find the option in the preferences, soo i was wondering if anyone could post a transparent icon that i couldg et for that...thanks.....also ...is there a plugin to allow you to view a buddy profile...when i hit view users details...no info comes up, just a window with a bunch of tabs like...summary, contact, location...and no where can i find the buddy profile...how do i go about viewing buddy profile...? thanks !

Now I got SmileyAdd latest and IEView latest versions, so where I can see in the message window what smiley I select or should they just come if I write ":)" ":-D" ":D" if they should they ain't coming. ;>

EDIT: With newest IEView I got big problem, all newest messages in the message window goes down and it doesn't scroll it automatically down like it should do, see image below.

Hi, I am using the following:

Miranda (0.4.3.43)

IEView (1.0.4.0)

tabSRMsg (0.9.9.99)

Please could someone tell me the following

1. How do I enable AM/PM in timestamps when using IEView?

2. Which messaging plugin do I need to get the send button on the messaging window like this?

message window 1

message window 2

3. I'm another person who can't get images in Russellc ieview templates to work. When I edit a template and replace "filter:progid:DXImageTransform.Microsoft.AlphaImageLoader" with "background:url" the images show but they dont fill the screen as they should. My default browser is set as opera if that makes any difference.

Thanks

You have to select a smiley-set under Options -> Events -> Smileys

Figured out the first 2 of my questions :)

1. Changed the time format to hh:mm:ss tt in Control Panel > Regional and Language options

2. The messaging plugin is the default SRMM and had to set Events > Messaging > Show 'Send' button

also found this modded SRMM

Couldn't figure out how to get certain templates to work though but guess I won’t need them since SRMM doesn’t support templates.

sorry for being a total noob, but I have the latest test build (44) and have IEView and TabSRMM working great, but I would like to get clist_modern working. When I enable it, the next time Miranda starts up it goes back to clist_nicer.

nevermind, needed to get the latest Unicode version.

about the font question nevermind i figure out

now i have another question:

does miranda can handle big files when in transfer mode??? i have no problem sending pictures but if i try to send a rar like 5mb big it will start ok then slow down to 0 and after a while it crash, any ideas?

Hey, I've just started using clist nicer+ and I've gotten my miranda to look like this (with the help of josephyang, many thanks :)):

mirandabackground2km.png

^That is with my desktop background behind it.

mirandabackground23ke.png

^This is with a dark background behind it.

As you can see, the contact list background assumes the background of my desktop, and not of what is directly behind it. Is there any way to get true transparency?

    • No, "a great deal" for 32GB of DDR5 is $50, not $350. I mean I see what you mean, that it's a decent price compared to what's currently available, but you really should put a disclaimer in this articles explaining that it's still multiple times more expensive than it used to be.
    • Linux 7.1 stable launch looms as Linus Torvalds releases the final release candidate by Paul Hill Linus Torvalds has just released what’s expected to be the final release candidate of Linux 7.1, rc7. The Linux founder said that this RC is not small, but smaller than recent releases, which is a good sign because he expects the stable version to drop next week if things continue on this trajectory. Linux kernels see a merge window for the first two weeks of their life, where developers add new features, then there are about seven or eight weeks of release candidates before the stable version. Typically, there are seven release candidates, but if more time is needed, then an eighth release candidate is released too. This week’s RC’s biggest area of fixes was for GPUs, with networking just behind. Torvalds said that the rest of the release was “pretty random and spread out” with some architecture fixes, driver fixes, filesystem improvements, and build fixes for more unusual configs. In terms of specific pieces of hardware receiving improvements in this update, we had more AMD Zen6 models supported and fixes for AMD SDMA 7.1 and GFX11. Hardware that got improvements includes Lenovo laptops, HONOR laptops, and MSI laptops. Here are the changelogs for those: ASoC: amd: acp: Add DMI quirk for Lenovo Yoga Pro 7 15ASH11 Input: atkbd - add DMI quirk for Lenovo Yoga Air 14 (83QK) Input: atkbd - skip deactivate for HONOR BCC-N's internal keyboard ASoC: amd: yc: Add MSI Raider A18 HX A9WJG to quirk table ASoC: amd: yc: Enable internal mic on MSI Bravo 17 C7VF When the stable Linux 7.1 is released, it will be up to distribution maintainers, such as Canonical and Red Hat, to release the update to their users via the update manager. Some versions of Linux will get it before others, and some will never get it at all. Fedora and Arch-based distros will be among the first to get it, though. If you don’t get it, the security fixes will be backported to your system’s kernel, so you won’t be at risk, but you won’t get newer hardware support, which is fine if your computer works now.
