Miranda Customization Topic

Having a problem with IEVIEW, Scriver, and SmileyAdd.

Whenever I add a smiley, all the text goes to the left, offscreen (in the window), so I can't read it until I enter something else again.

I think an image will help here.

Hey everyone. I've been using Miranda now for about a month and I love it due to its low memory usage. A few problems I am still having:

1) How do I get it so that when I read people's away messages, I can click on links that they post rather than having them look like: [link: http://www.--------.com/ title: please watch this ]

2) I am using AIM and I have a plugin for the smiley faces but I do not see a button for the chat window. How do I edit this and anyone have some good suggestions on how to make my window for chatting

Whenever i use clist_nicer and try to enable avatars on the contact list, it works and stuff, but when i close miranda then reopen it, the contact list doesn't show all of my contacts. Like, a few are cut off until someone signs on, or i close then open a group or something. This only happens with avatars, not with status icons or anything.

To get it to pop up as a instant message window instaed of a notification balloon

Right click on buddy list > Option > Message Sessions

Under TABS AND LAYOUT check Automatically pop up the window/tab

does anyone know if it's possible to format the message log in tabsrmm so that the nickname is left-justified and the timestamp is right-justified like in some of the ieview templates i see here?

Nope. Try clist_nicer. It has similar features.

I reformatted my computer, but saved all my ieview templates, and when i downloaded miranda and tried to use one of them it was all distorted and i couldn't send people messages.

I think it might have something to do with tabsrmm, because i get strange error messages telling me no icons will be displayed when i start up miranda.

IEView doesn't work anymore because, im assuming once you reformatted your computer, you also updated your internet explorer to the latest version. This conflicts with IEview..Get a updated one here

i have the updated ieview and none of the images in the templates load, so they look all messed up, jpg's load but png's don't.
