ThePast
Btw, how do you know that the refresh on start up don't work. To be sure you must be certain that the page has been changed while you were off-line and that it did not change between when you started Opera and when Opera or you refreshed the page. Note that Opera also can be set to refresh pages at different time intervals. Right click, "Reload Every" give you options to have it refresh between every 5 seconds to 30 minutes
Crazysah
Cause I had made a post in IE (on Neowin). I then opened up Opera and the thread came but my post did not. Thats how I knew that it wasn't getting refreshed.
+unabatedshagie Subscriber¹ Posted May 25, 2005 Subscriber¹ Share Posted May 25, 2005 As I said before my Opera do this, so my suggestion here is a bit of guesswork.Tools - Preferences - Advanced - Browsing - Re use existing page. If you have re use existing page ticked (I don't) unticking it may help. If not I'll look into it later when I have time. :) 585969065[/snapback] that only effects bookmarks etc has nothing to do with page loading. @crazysah have you tried setting the three options to check always? I think they are document, images and other

andrewg_oz
Emptying the cache on exit (Tools > Preferences > Advanced > History) will force pages to be reloaded when you restart.
