do they have apps that do the code for you like frontpage but with php instead of html? I know im looking for shortcuts but it makes it easier to edit the code after a program has done the main stuff for you.

All of those sites are great, but I ALWAYS use php.net the most. It has an awesome function lookup, and it really helps you out. I believe www.phpbuilder.com has the same options, but I like php.net better. :p Anyway, good luck coders! Check your P's and Q's, oh and make sure you always use the proper syntax. :) (Word of advice: read the manual first at php.net. ;))
