What is Windows written in

Main code is written in C with some time critical routines in Assembler (although DOS was 100% Assembler). After release of Windows 2000 more and more of code was written in C++.

Latest trend seems to be using C# and .NET framework (programmers seems to get more and more sloppy as faster computers we get...)
