any fix for that shortcut arrow problem?

apart from that problem this is a icon packager pack i brought together...looks decent. Fixed empty recycle bin icon to the empty version and added mac like cursors etc. Looks nice. ;)

I didn't like iconpackages you've submitted. I collected all the best vista icons with the best possible resolution I can find. Then I edited icons to match XP folders and so on. So here they are:
