Well after giving fans another round of cardiac arrests Milan made it through. A great finish! Lyon put up a great fight and were a worthy opponent. FORZA MILAN!!!

Brilliant game that was, watched it all on tv and pS-, that team is unnaturally good

BRING ON VILLARREAL

  • 2 weeks later...

Milan x Barcelona (ill not say the result because some ppl might watch the game later)

What a nice game, high class match.....still Barcelona is actually the best team this season and i hope they win the CL, they deserve.

Anyway the return match will be awesome.

:D

1-0 To the Arsenal :D

Villareal are the biggest divers/foulers I've ever seen. One point of their players tried to push Henry, the Villareal player fell down clutching his hamstring for no reason at all. :/

yea coz none of the arsenal players have dived

yea coz none of the arsenal players have dived

oh come on, were you watching the match, did you see the first leg?

south american players and a lot of those around the Mediterranean always fall all over the place, it's a disgrace. I don't know why the refs don't do more about it. The Villarreal captain was all over Ljungberg when Arsenal had corners and then collapsed at the slightest touch anywhere in the Arsenal half.... I don't think a single Arsenal player was booked against 5 Villarreal players.

I'm not an Arsenal fan btw, I support Fulham, just glad to see an English team in the final again.

I'm sorry, but even though Villareal outperformed Arsenal tonight, Arsenal definatley deserve to be the ones going through to the final, Villareal are s$^*. Also that referee was a crook, look at when the fool elbowed Ljungberg in the chest, that didn't even warrant a foul, but what Cliche did warranted a penalty. That team deserves nothing due to the fact they are nothing more than a group of dirty players who play boring football and go through on the away goal rule. Despite getting to the semi-final, they deserve no credit for anything.

they deserve the semi-final place they reached. how many ****ing teams are there in the world that their players dive or are a bit rough, not one team playing football is "innocent" No one gave Virrareal nothing, but with a new coach, they reached the semi finals in their FIRST Champions League appearance, i am an Arsenal fan mind you, but a bow to Villareal, good on them for getting so far.

Barcalona OR AC Milan - whoever wins (Barca i would say) will both dump all over Arsenal.

Arsenal are horrible. They were lucky last night - Villareal completely outplayed them. Riquleme is a football genius, alas they did not make it though.

Arsenal will get torn apart by either team in the final, and I will be extremly shocked if Arsenal win it... I can't see it... They play boring football and only ever excite against teams like Everton or Bolton... crap teams.

arsenal are the second most exciting team in europe after barcelona, Riquleme is not a football genius and arsenal were lucky last night yes, and they probably will lose to barcelona in the final, but they have had an excellent campaign, don't forget they've set a new defensive record in the champion league. they definatley deserve to be in the final, if they don't no one does (apart from barcelona).

Arsenal were not lucky, they desrved their place.

Leg 1 Henry had a goal chalked off which was not off-side, however Villareal should have been given a penalty.

Arsenal had to put up with two legs of Villareal diving, making out they were injured so Arsenal kicked out the ball, everytime we had a corner, Ljunberg and Henry were subject to having their shirts ripped off their back in the penalty area.

To top it all off, Villareal get a penalty which was no more than a dive, the guy is 6 inches taller than Gael Clichy, he backed into Clichy.

Justice was done, Arsenal hit final.

AC Milan will win tonight (overall) and it will be England v's Italy in Paris and hopefully the European Cup for Arsenal in their last season at Highbury.

    • Microsoft announces the return of Xbox exclusives with Gears of War and Clockwork Revolution by Pulasthi Ariyasinghe Microsoft had plenty of announcements to make today at the Xbox Games Showcase celebrating 25 years of the gaming brand. Now, under the leadership of the new Xbox CEO Asha Sharma, Xbox games are going back to their original release methods. She appeared in the livestream itself to announce the return of Xbox console exclusives. This means two major upcoming games from first-party studios won't be coming to PlayStation or Nintendo consoles: Gears of War: E-Day from The Coalition and Clockwork Revolution from InExile. Both titles will only be coming out on Xbox Series X|S consoles and Windows PCs, ditching any plans they had for PlayStation. "These are not timed exclusives," confirmed Microsoft. "We’re committed to investing in and growing XBOX both on console and beyond." The company confirmed that any already announced Xbox titles for PlayStation, under previous leadership, will continue to arrive for the rival platform. This means games like the new Halo remake, Forza Horizon 6, Fable, and State of Decay 3 will still be available on PlayStation, either at launch or later. It sounds like any new projects announced by the company will avoid other consoles in the same way. Microsoft first opened the floodgates by bringing titles like Sea of Thieves, Grounded, Hi-Fi Rush, and Pentiment to PlayStation and Nintendo consoles back in 2024. Since then, almost every new game release from Xbox Game Studios has arrived for rival consoles alongside Xbox and PC. This decision follows Sony's plans to ditch its own multiplatform releases too. Outside of multiplatform live service titles, the PlayStation maker is even abandoning its PC porting endeavors that started years ago.
    • I'm missing the beginning part of this equation... but for the sake of the convo, you don't get to take a $250(?) set of normally priced RAM, jack it up to over $500/600/800 just because of a market shift, then lower it back down to more than what it was originally and call that a "sale". Not the author of this post... the manufacturer/seller.
