it's on the mozilla ftp in a folder named

I guess it is beta 1......... why the hell would this be a nightly?

just downloaded and installed, works very well, tabs re-arangement works likes a charm, very fast..liking it alot so far :)

btw...I can confirm IEview and Sage Extension is broken at the moment

Me too. Althought there are a couple things I would change. I want the RSS button back on the status bar where it was before in 1.4. Also when I click something this little boxxy line comes up around it. I don't like those.

yeah, I noticed the RSS button, I don't mind it there, but if they're going to put it there, make the icon a bit smaller and more attention grabing...the current one just feels big and heavy

Edit : Oh dammit. They completely removed RSS support :angry: Edit 2 : Actually, there's some kind of strange RSS support in Firefox 1.5. You can add live bookmarks and they link you directly to the page.. I guess it isn't a bad thing after all.

But they finally updated their menus to look more like other XP-applications in the default theme!! Woohoo!! I waited a long time for that! It's looking great.

Just installed the Mac version. Nice clean installation; typical drag-n-drop into Applications. Started ok. I'm able to post this message ok ;). Think I'll still have preference for Safari, due to integrated spell checker. I know that Firefox has a spell checking extension out there, but it really doesn't compare if you ask me.

Ummm.... hmmm... looks nice :).

It is cool how much choice there is with web browsers these days, across all platforms.

It's supported in some kind of way, completely different from Safari though.

Edit : The updates.... there's a bunch of them

Gecko rendering engine updated (good for website developers especially, they can do some more stuff that would not display well with firefox before)

Options menu better

Tabs drag and drop

Better support for Mac OS X

etc... I'm 100% sure you'll find this information if you google it or if you search through neowin.

when u got it installed, right click on ur extension or theme and click make compatabile (spelling?) Ive done it to Tabbrowsing Preferences and AquaFox theme!

Dude... calm down.. use Flash 7 for now. Or use a previous version of Firefox. I highly doubt you always visit flash 8 websites (neowin.net not being one so it makes one website at least lol)
