Starcom826
I'm planning on starting physics as an undergrad soon, and I was wondering if it is a good idea to buy a copy of the Feynman Lectures?

dreamz Veteran Posted October 24, 2005 Veteran Share Posted October 24, 2005 feynman lectures are great, but there are probably better/more suitable texts available that will usually be outlined on the syllabus in class. it can't hurt if you really want to learn, though. :)
raid517
The Feynman lectures are terrific. Even if they are not required reading by your University, everyone who is seriously interested in physics should get round to reading them at some point in their degree course. Starcom826
Ok thanks for the responses. I've heard that they are very good as supplemental reading, and was wondering if I should snag a set on ebay.
