OK, created an .ini file and using : "C:\Program Files\AutoPatcher\AutoPatcher.exe" /unattend:t2 /skipdetection /noeula /english  /defaults:C:\Program Files\AutoPatcher\neomachine.ini

When I install I get errors :

NET Framework CD1 is missing

Windows cannot open powermwnu.lnk

Why? Everything else works like a charm

P.S. How do I set automatic reboot switch to 5 sec e.g.

Have you tried to install it without the /skipdetection ? I have the idea that this will be the solution for the error "Net Framework CD1 is missing".

About the powermenu.lnk?? When do you get that message, is that while you are installing AutoPatcher from the commandline?

every time I use autopacther, and install WMP10 the icons from WMP9 stay after the restart. any fixes for this?

@Gerardo, I think that you have to ask that question directly at the developers of Windows Mediaplayer 10. On the other hand, it's not a complete new application! ;)

You need to run WMP10 at least once to get the icons to change

@the_guy, the icons won't change if you run WMP10. When you take a look at the user posted image and comapare that with yours. You can see that there's no difference between them!

Seek and you shall find.

The solution to the Administrator logon dilema is as follows...

Regardless of using the welcome screen or not, or however many user ids that you may have on the system,

if you decide to bypass the logon screen it means that you want to default! the logon user to be the same everytime.

And you want that user to autolog when logging on.

In order to do this, select "run" from the start button and enter the command "control userpasswords2" and press OK.

A user accounts window will open, uncheck the top box marked with 'users must enter a user name and password to use this computer' and press APPLY.

Another window will open to allow you selecting the default user and its password to autolog at boot-up. Provide the user name and password and click OK.

Once done, the system will boot up always with the specified user and password as entered.

This has nothing to do with the 200 update. It means (for us) that an earlier version of AutoPatcher was installed and not removed before the installation of a newer release.

OK made my first unattended install, It works like a charm, an even bigger time saver...

Tanx fo all the help :)

Yeah those error were probably due to several versions of AP being installed previously on the comp, cause it works without a prob on new machines with fresh win :D

Share it........make it public and tell us what and how you used the unattended install.

Did not see any hotfixes installed in the Add/Remove Panel nor did ASPI install. Yet everything else seemed to install okay. Was using English Nov 2005 Full.

I am using Windows XP with Service Pack 2 integrated.

Version is corporate, untouched, straight from Microsoft. The only modification is a patched uxtheme.dl_, so

non-standard themes can be used.

You can view the hotfixes in the Add/Remove panel wen you choose to Show the updates. You can select that option in Add/Remove panel.

The ASPI is installed by AutoPatcher and doesn't appear in the Add/Remove panel. When you check AutoPatcher you'll see that the items will be colored blue, means that the Module is installed.

Automatic installation for neomachines

}

----

1.First I install windows (offcourse :))

2.Then apply fast shutdown&menu speed 0 tweak

3.Disable unneeded services

4.Install computer drivers

5.Run AP

6.Install other applications (such as Winrar, winamp, acdsee, Dvd region free, k-lite mega codec pack, etc...)

7.and voila, one freshly baked computer, good to go

----

The only thing bugging me so far, is how to set restarttime of AP when finished applying patches to 1 sec instead of 60 which is default?

Tommorow, I'm creating a new selfextracting file, using Tharma Installer, which is better then .sfx internal Winrar capability, giving me more options and space for creativity.

Also,I will exclude AP patches not needed for install, resulting in reduced filesize, and quicker cd-disk copy

-----

Regarding, making it public, it will be made public soon(the file), but when I setup fixed IP web server, at which point I will be hosting APs published here.

If you have any comments, critics, advices, or questions, I would be delighted to hear them.

Stay connected affordably in 120+ countries/regions with your own lifetime eSIM! An eSIM is a digital SIM card. It's basically just mobile data. Once it's activated on your device, it can connect you to data networks in other countries – giving you an internet connection with NO roaming charges. With aloSIM, you can load prepaid eSIM data packages onto your phone, tablet, or computer. Your lifetime eSIM never expires, so it's yours forever and there are never any monthly charges. You'll get $50 in eSIM data credit, which is almost always enough to cover all your data roaming needs for a full year. But if you run out of data, you can always top up your lifetime eSIM and stay connected internationally. Pay $24.97 for a lifetime eSIM with $50 in travel data credit Use your eSIM to join data networks in 120+ countries Install your lifetime eSIM on a compatible device to roam on local data networks Your lifetime eSIM never expires, and can be topped up with more data anytime Many data packages cost as little as $4.50 and last 7 days. Depending on the package you choose, the length of time varies. Good to know Length of access: lifetime For NEW customers only Instant digital redemption Once you add your $50 credit to your aloSim account you have up to 12-months to use it — after that your credit will expire When you pay for a data plan you also get a free phone number (via Hushed) for the same duration of your plan that was purchased - IE 7 day eSim plan gives you a free 7-day phone number Purchased coupon must be redeemed and used within 12 months This deal is not stackable (one offer per aloSIM account) A $4.50 data package will last 7 days The data DOES expire, and you WILL NOT have any leftover data for your next trip unless it takes place within the validity period. While the eSIM never expires, the actual data package is only valid for the length of time stated at purchase (i.e. seven days after activation, 30 days after activation, etc.) So if you buy a seven-day package and only use a tiny bit, that package is still going to expire after seven days. • WordArt was cool. We now have color fonts as a substitute although Word only supports COLRv0 and COLRv1 (Fraud OS 11 only). The OpenType SVG color font format needs to be supported by Office. Adobe's apps support it
