Official Windows Live Messenger Invitations Thread

Recommended Posts

for anyone who got an invite sent to their gmail address:

1. Forward it to your hotmail address.

2. open it up and view the source (the button still wouldnt work for me andfor some weird reason, gmail doesnt let you view source)

3.there should be somewhere in the source a url with "accept" in it... find it, and go to it...

4. the rest should be self explanatory...

this worked for me :)

 i got a email saying i need a hotmail/msn account

The good news is that the wait is over! We?re excited you want to try Windows Live Mail? beta.

The ?other news? is that you need to get an MSN? Hotmail? account before we can set you up with Windows Live Mail beta.

Fortunately, this takes about 90 seconds, is about as difficult as eating breakfast or your favorite snack, and is totally free (calorie- and money-wise).

When you have your Hotmail account, please return to the Windows Live Mail beta page and sign up with your new @hotmail address. We know! That?s kind of a pain when you already signed up once, but it will be worth it.

Thanks again. We hope to hear from you soon.

Best regards,

The Windows Live Mail beta team

Guess i accidently did My gmail account instead of my hotmail.. im sure i did both at:huh: time

Can I have an invite please?

simon [at] stintranet [dot] co [dot] uk

Would someone please invite me? My email is pingshen [at] gmail [dot] com. Thanks in advance.

Please do not post requests here! PM the person.

I think we could "punish" those who request here by not sending them invites?
