A complete rip of Opera and Firefox browser why should i waist my time downloading or using it. All those features been on FIREFOX and OPERA for a long time StopIE please

I believe it is time we stop all this fanboy worshiping over a product. 15 years ago, I was using a top-of-the-line IPC notebook a Cyrix processor, 2MB of RAM and 70 MB harddisk. There was no Internet at that time but I was proud to be one of the few to own a piece of technology that was advanced and I supported it wholeheartedly. Fast forward to now, a large number of people have become complacent where technology is concern, you being one of them.

It does not matter if IE, Opera, Firefox, Netscape, Maxthon, Flex or any other browser steal ideas from each other, it is a piece of technology that will enriched our lives in the 21st Century. You, as a consumer, have a choice of being able to choose all these wonderful pieces of technology and all you do is complain about it   . Now that really REALLY gets me down   . IE7 Beta 2 is a piece of technology that borrows a few features from other companies, that much is true. But so have other companies. Do not make yourself be blind to fanboyism to see what the competition has to offer. What have you got to lose? Nothing, but in your case you are simply ignorant of the fact.

I'm tired of reading about people bashing other products for the sake of having at least that 15 minutes of fame. PSG vs. X360, Windows Vs. Mac: all these programs and products deserve a level of respect for being able to enrich our lives now or in the future. Please do not discourage progress. Instead, commend it in hopes that our future could be a better one and technology becomes a whole lot better. I apologise if I've seem to ramble on for a long time and apologise in advance if I have offended you but I just needed to get it off my chest :D .

100% agree.

I'm a fan of all software; fanboy of none.

WOW! Couldn't agree more nor put it better myself!

Glad you agree with me :D .In my opinion those who bash other products or use M$ or CRAPple or any other abbrieviations are idiots and deserve to be punish   : All those companies deserve respect for what they have given us - good or bad  . Internet Explorer 7 Build 5296 is a very good build. They've gotten rid of nearly all the Win32 legacy icons (The Certificate icon in Internet Options under Content Tab is still old), the RSS feed seems to be functioning and Tab implementation is very well done. The Layout is quite allright though I have to say Firefox is better in that department. It's still not skinnable but all in all very well done. I'm more partial to Opera's interface and Firefox's features but IE7 Build 5296 is a step in the right direction. And it also gives more choices to the consumer. It's a win-win situation  .

/Where to find it? pls pm me..

:)

I don't think putting up links is a good thing  . My only advice, the search function in browsers can go a long way... . As Cask1 and thenay have pointed out, it uses a lot of RAM. One thing they need to repair as Firefox does it a bit better (Firefox 1.5 eats up even more, have they repaired that flaw?). I'm just testing to see if it renders HP websites properly. Last time, it shrank the text size so I couldn't even read it. I had to use Firefox for the website. I'm also gonna see if it loads up my Java applets properly.

    • Tor Browser 15.0.17 by Razvan Serea Protect your privacy. Defend yourself against network surveillance and traffic analysis. Tor is a network of virtual tunnels that allows people and groups to improve their privacy and security on the Internet. The Tor software protects you by bouncing your communications around a distributed network of relays run by volunteers all around the world: it prevents somebody from watching your Internet connection and learning what sites you visit, it prevents the sites you visit from learning your physical location, and it lets you access sites which are blocked. The Tor Browser Bundle lets you use Tor on Windows, Mac OS X, or Linux without needing to install any software. It can run off a USB flash drive, comes with a pre-configured web browser to protect your anonymity, and is self-contained. • Very fitting name since AI users have air where there brains should be.
    • Yes, it was amusing at the time because even then dbrand was well known for stealing the designs of products from other companies. That’s what they do.
