The blue button version on the otherscreenshot doesn have the glow like the hovered-button has. So below a more up-to-date screenshot from the active-button.

I hope you guys like it :)

As I said before, and as I will say time and time again, no shellstyle = bug.

It's not a feature. It's a bug, plain and simple. If a thing is missing from a file, then it can be considered a bug.

Em, didn't you make this for people? I do believe it was made for the user. You say on your website that it was made for a better user experience. So why didn't you add what the user wants?

Shellstyle is a feature :/ Use some other shellstyle that's available on the net. I wont make any shellstyle for it anymore. To be honest with you, the real reason why I lost interest in making a shellstyle myself is because of the whining for it. Is it that hard to expect that there's no shellstyle in this skin? A shellstyle is just something the skin creator can add. It's not a bug. A bug is if something doesnt look correct or doest work the way it should.

Be glad that I even finished this skin for everyone.

I wont make a shellstyle and that's finall. I will ignore everything about there not being a shellstyle from now on cause it's starting to get pretty annoying :/

Use it as it is or dont.

First: It can't be called a bug. If so disabling shellstyles in XP would be a bug by Microsoft...

Second: Just use a shellstyle you like. For example I use the one from previous LE5 black.

A Bug makes a VS (or Software) unusable. Browse the deviantart Gallery and you will find many VS's without a Shellstyle. It's the Decision of the Artist. You can take any Shellstyle and edit it with Reshacker, it's easy.

I made a little mod of it:

Sorry for not gaining permission first Capric0rn, may i have the permission now? Else just tell me to remove it.

Nice.. but you really shouldnt be releasing something without ones permission.. its nice though.

I'm using the latest version of PanelsUI and the window title didn't change when I loaded this config. To fix it I added the following in Preferences -> Panels UI -> User Globals:

$settitle([%artist% - ]['['%album%[ CD%discnumber%][ #%tracknumber%]']' ]%title%)

thanks for fix, but when I stop the music I see "?" :) how to fix that ?

I thought the black theme was zune inspired? I love the orange start button.

The MS zune theme is pretty much all orange and black, I don't find that depressing at all, makes for a killer theme. Now gray and black and all black, that I can see as depressing. Oh well, nice theme anyhow.

Learn how to read! Mod arent allowed. Remove the mod from devART.

^Thanks for removing it :)

- Fixed the blue shadow that was behind the "Welcome" text in the logon.

- Fixed other minor color "bugs"

^Yes, that's a bug. Thanks for telling me that :) I thought I fixed it. But since I dont have testers I have to do the testing on my own.

The Shellstyle-Guys should be glad that I'm in a good mood today

Here's a screenshot for a possible shellstyle:

Not sure if I'm going to add it and I need em3's permission for it anyways.

Edit: Redownload the file, Zoom7000 ;)

    • Wow, spoken like a true blind hater, you don't even provide arguments. Please, go check my comment above to @seacaptain and you'll find out why what you say doesn't make sense in this context...
    • Get used to this, with AI tooling now uncovering new vulns and getting them exploitable far faster than has ever been possible before software is going to need to be updated far more frequently. Back in the day it may take reseachers weeks or months to do what AI can now do in hours. Once its a threat is discovered it's weaponsized far more quickly, meaning you simply can't be waiting 2, 3, 4 weeks to deploy a patch, it needs to be patched immediately. Going to be interesting handling this in the enterprise space where traditionally patching has been steady, but very staged (and rightly so up until now), that is going to have to change.
    • You don't need to "close all browser sessions constantly" or wait for updates to install. The updates download in the background while you use the browser, without interrupting you, they install automatically the next time you launch the app. And they install very fast (depending on your storage speeds, of course), you have to wait at most 2-3 extra seconds, if any. Seems like you haven't used Edge in a loooooooong time...
